It's great when you can find a recipe that is simple and easy, yet tastes great. When the chicken comes out of the oven, it is so moist! And the sauce that is made from the drippings is so rich and flavorful.

It only takes about 15 minutes to prep the chicken and brown it on both side. Then you let the oven do the rest.
