So delicious and caramelized, you won't believe it's fennel!
Roasted fennel makes a great side dish or appetizer and it's so easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 3- 4 Whole Fennel Bulbs
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
Cut off the tops of the fennel bulb and then optionally remove the core


Slice it lengthwise into thick slices or chunks and place on a sheet pan. Then drizzle it with Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper

Place it in a 400 degree oven and cook for 30 minutes. That's it! Your done. Plenty of time left over to work on your entree.
