This recipe is vegetarian and vegan. We use cashews to give it extra body and a slightly cheesy flavor without the cream or cheese.
Ingredients
1 - 2 heads of broccoli, chopped (can also use Cauliflower)
4 cups of water (use water that you boiled Broccoli in)
Organics vegetable bouillon (use MSG and yeast extract free)
½ cup of raw cashews
Himalayan Sea Salt and Black Pepper
Dash of Turmeric, Cumin and Coriander (optional)
2 tbsp Parsley (optional)
1 or 2 cloves raw garlic (optional)
Preparation

Add the broccoli to a large pot of boiling water and cook for about 10 mins. When done cooking, save the water.

In a high powered blender such as a Vitamix or Blendtec, add the cashews and some of the water and blend.

Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth
That’s it. Pour in bowls and serve. You can dress it up with a dollop of plain organic goat yogurt (leave out if Vegan), chopped chives and parsley.
