Ingredients
Potatoes, cut into chunks (we prefer Russets or Yukon Golds for this recipe)
Yellow or white onion, cut into chunks (substitute shallots as needed)
Organic Butter (regular, salted)
Organic Heavy cream
Kosher salt
Sweet Paprika
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons minced parsley
Preparation Instructions
- Pile potatoes and onions on a square of foil.
- Add 2 tablespoons butter,
- Add just a little splash of creamSprinkle with salt, paprika, and black pepper.
- Wrap tightly and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
